La Francia ha adottato un decreto per costringere il provider Internet Free ad inviare mail di avvertimento contro i pirati informatici. Queste mail sono previste dalla legge Hadopi. Free aveva deciso di ‘disobbedire’ e in qualche modo ostacolare le operazioni di repressione contro i pirati informatici. I provider devono trasmettere all’Authority anti-pirataggio, entro otto giorni, i dati personali dell’abbonato sospettato di aver scaricato illegalmente film, musica o altro
